Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Refundable Amount: 90% of your initial payment is refundable, while 10% is non-refundable to cover processing fees.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds can be requested if you cancel your subscription or package within the agreed terms.
  • To request a refund, please contact us with your payment details, and we’ll process the eligible refund within 7–10 business days.

Shipping or Delivery Policy
Our services are offered virtually, and no physical delivery is required.

  • For any course materials provided, digital access will be granted upon enrollment.
  • Classes will be held on Classin app at the arranged time.

Return Policy and Process

Since our services involve online classes and digital resources, we do not accept physical returns.

  • For issues related to course materials or technical access, please reach out to our support team.
  • We’ll assist with troubleshooting or, if necessary, grant access to alternative resources to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are available under the following conditions:

  • Student Cancellations: Classes can be canceled with no charge if canceled 12 hours before the start time. Emergency cancellations are allowed once a month with at least 1-hour notice; beyond this, standard cancellation terms apply.
  • Teacher Cancellations: If a teacher needs to cancel due to medical or holiday reasons, we’ll offer a make-up class or a substitute teacher.
  • Subscription or Package Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription with eligible refunds per the Refund Policy stated above.
